  Rice and veggies was alright. I never got my entrée, service was mediocre. I'd rather have to eat Popeyes next door.

  Needs fine tuning. Raw fish not cold.
  Needs sign at front door saying "$10 credit card minimum", not verbally told at cash resister. Just raise your price so people can use their card.
  Describe all ingredients at front of line (furikake, morago, etc).
  Have clothes line with clips at order wall so customer clips their order on it and cooks pull it through, rather than customer hand it over glass as their arm is at least 12" over glass OVER food.
  Don't use plastic bowls.
  Worker with huge eyelashes... Unattractive and unfriendly: Ruins appetite and shopping experience.
  Too cold standing in line out the door. Have line start other side of store so customers can be inside.
  No loud music, esp boppy music: Unnecessary. Annoying. Ruins appetite. Prevents communication with workers.
  Don't have signature thing with swivel thing: spreads germs, wastes time.
  Worker changed trash without gloves and without washing hands when he went back to handle food.
